Identify delicate new finishes and provide care instructions.
Request interior glass, cabinet interiors, adhesive or paint residue removal separately for assessment.
Scope note: Heavy debris hauling, hazardous dust or materials, paint/cement scraping, and work at height are not included automatically. Dust may settle again after construction; additional visits must be arranged.

Appliance interiors
Oven interior: accessible cavity, door glass, and removable racks where the finish and condition allow. No appliance dismantling.
Refrigerator interior: accessible shelves, drawers, and interior surfaces after food has been removed or handling is agreed. Freezer defrosting must be discussed separately.
Cabinets and interior windows
Cabinet and drawer interiors: wipe accessible empty interiors. Emptying or organizing contents is arranged separately.
Interior windows: clean agreed safely accessible interior glass. Screens, tracks, exterior glass, and high windows must be specifically discussed.
Laundry and individual priorities
Laundry: agree on the loads, washing/drying instructions, folding, and available time before service.
Discuss linen changes, hand-washed floors, or other priorities before approving the estimate; availability and scope require confirmation.
Scope note: An extra is included only when your approved estimate lists it. We do not assume every additional service is part of every visit.
